The First Ever Public Health Graduates of Amoud University
The project was conceived in 2011 in California, where the founder—moved by the growing needs of underserved communities in Somalia—felt a deep call to act. That vision became reality when he established the Public Health Department at Amoud University in Borama, Somalia in 2012. And in 2015 the first ever public health students graduated from Amoud University!
